Rinet IT can provide your business with hosting if required. If you already have hosting Rinet IT will need the connection details so that your site can be built.

There are two options available.

Host with Rinet IT

This is ideal for the small business and you don't want to do any of the server management. You get FTP access for uploading files and images.

Your site is hosted with Rinet's hosting provider. Your domain will point to your content as if it was hosted on it's own server.

Features:

• One MySQL database, which is ample for small sites including those managed by a Content Management System.
• Up to five email addresses.
• Up to 500MB of data
• FTP access

Cost: AU$50 per annum, non-refundable.

If your site outgrows Rinet IT's hosting it will be upgraded to its own hosting at your expense. Rinet IT will charge AU$25 for moving the site to its new location. You will also be charged for the new hosting at cost. Pro rata refunds for hosting with Rinet IT are not provided.

Third Party Hosting

For larger businesses and for those who would rather be more autonomous with server management.

You can arrange for hosting yourself and simply provide Rinet IT with the connection details so the site can be built.

For a small fee of AU$25 in addition to the third party charges Rinet IT can arrange hosting for you with Bluehost (US based) or with Webcity (Sydney NSW) both of whom provide excellent service.

On going Maintenance

Rinet IT can assist with server management or you can do it yourself if so desired. For small jobs taking less than 25 minutes there's no charge, for larger tasks taking 25 minutes or longer there is a small labour charge of AU$30 per hour. Charges are calculated pro-rata to the nearest 30 minutes.

You will be notified if the task looks like it will take more than 25 minutes and therefore be chargeable.
